Your right to deletion
DubaiTrip — Beik Port Travel Agency L.L.C operates the travel booking service at master.dubaitrip.tech. You can ask us at any time to delete your account and the personal information we hold about you. This page explains what you can request, how to send the request, and what happens after we receive it. It applies to data collected through this website, our booking flows and the messages we exchange with you — including conversations on channels such as WhatsApp or Facebook.
What you can ask us to delete
On request we delete your user account and sign-in details, your profile and saved traveller details, your marketing preferences and consents, and the history of messages between you and our support team. If you used a social sign-in or a messaging channel (such as Google, Facebook or WhatsApp) to interact with us, the profile details we received from that platform are deleted as well.
How to submit a request
Send an email to support@dubaitrip.com with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address registered on your account, and tell us whether you want your whole account removed or only specific data. If you no longer have access to that email address, reach us through the contact page and we will verify your identity another way.
How we verify your identity
Before deleting anything we confirm the request really comes from the account owner — normally by matching the sender address to the account and, where needed, asking you to confirm a booking reference or reply to a confirmation message. This protects your data from being deleted by someone pretending to be you.
What happens next
We confirm receipt of your request, verify your identity, and complete the deletion within 30 days. Your account is deactivated first, and your personal data is then deleted or irreversibly anonymised in our systems, including backups as they expire. When the process is finished we send you a final confirmation.
Data we are required to keep
Some records are exempt from deletion for a limited time because the law requires us to keep them: invoices and booking records needed for tax, accounting and consumer-protection purposes, and records needed to resolve disputes or prevent fraud. These records are kept only for as long as the legal retention period runs, remain protected in the meantime, and are then deleted as well.
