  1. Acceptance of these terms

    By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  2. Bookings and third-party providers

    We act as an intermediary between you and travel providers such as airlines, hotels and ground operators. The travel services themselves are supplied by those providers under their own conditions of carriage or stay, which you accept when completing a booking. We are responsible for the accuracy of the booking process, not for the performance of the underlying travel service.

  3. Prices, payments and taxes

    All prices are shown in the currency you select and include mandatory taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. Prices are not guaranteed until payment is completed and a confirmation is issued. Currency conversion rates shown before checkout are indicative; your card issuer may apply its own rates and fees for international transactions.

  4. Changes, cancellations and refunds

    Change and cancellation rights depend on the fare or rate conditions of each booking, which are displayed before you pay. Refundable bookings are refunded to the original payment method, normally within 7–14 business days after the provider confirms the cancellation. Service fees, where charged, are non-refundable unless required by law.

  5. Acceptable use

    You agree to use the service only to make legitimate enquiries and bookings for yourself or people you are authorised to represent. Automated scraping, speculative or fraudulent reservations, and any attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the platform are prohibited and may result in cancelled bookings and suspended access.

  6. Liability and governing law

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the use of this website is limited to the total value of the booking concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on your booking confirmation, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
